Hi, I’m Sarah Hornsby
I’m a registered dental hygienist and orofacial myofunctional therapist, and I’ve spent more than a decade treating patients and teaching providers how oral function shapes breathing, sleep, growth, and overall wellness.
I built MyoMentor because I remember how it felt to see the symptoms and not have the training to connect them. Since 2014 I’ve guided more than 2,500 providers across 40+ countries through that same shift — and I still teach every cohort personally.

The core curriculum spans 12 weeks of content, with 30+ hours of CE-eligible learning across three modules. The live schedule typically runs about 14 weeks to allow for two built-in break weeks, plus ongoing access to our graduate community and support.
The program is delivered live over Zoom across approximately 14 weeks, with two break weeks built into the schedule. Live sessions are held on Mondays at 6:00 PM PST for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM PST for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Every session is recorded, so you can revisit anything or catch up if you miss a class. You can view the full schedule for the specific dates of each cohort.
