About Myomentor

About Sarah
Â
I’m a myofunctional therapist, speaker, mentor, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming healthcare and dentistry through education and action. My personal health journey inspired me to build a community of like-minded professionals who are reshaping the field.
After earning my bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University, I loved working with patients—but soon realized clinical hygiene wasn’t sustainable for me. I felt physically limited and professionally unfulfilled, unable to provide the level of care I envisioned in a fast-paced dental setting.
That led me to myofunctional therapy. I dove into multiple training programs, flying across the country and investing thousands of dollars—yet still felt overwhelmed and underprepared. Starting a business in a new field was daunting, and what I truly needed was guidance, support, and mentorship—like I had in hygiene school.
That’s exactly why I created MyoMentor: to offer the hands-on support I once wished for, and to help others step confidently into this transformative work.
-
Building a strong referral network
-
Dealing with dentists who had never heard of myofunctional therapy
-
Talking to patients about prices, their finances, and what to do when they couldn’t afford treatment
-
Working through demanding cases and noncompliant patients
-
Setting up systems to track patients, finances and referrals
The list goes on, but if I’d had someone to work through the obstacles with me as they happened, I’d have had far less stress, and made much more money in less time.
Eventually, I did figure it all out, and Faceology, my myofunctional therapy practice is busy and successful today. I knew all along it didn’t have to be so difficult to reach this point, and I’d love to help you get there in less time, and to have lots of fun along the way.
The truth is what took me just over four years to learn, I can teach you in far less time, and give you a huge head start in beginning your new career adventure.

The Myomentor Team

Ash Kramer
Course Director
Ash is the first person you'll interface with when you start your MyoMentor journey. He has been part of the MyoMentor team since the beginning, and his knowledge about myo and the airway is impressive, considering he doesn't work with patients or have a healthcare background.
Anyone who's taken the MyoMentor course knows that Ash always goes above and beyond when it comes to student and graduate support. His passion for myo stems from the fact that he had some amazing results from myofunctional therapy and having his own tongue-tie released.
Ash is based in the USA today, but he's originally from South Africa and New Zealand, which explains his interesting accent.
