Sarah is a nationally recognized myofunctional therapist, educator, and speaker based in Arizona. A true pioneer in the field, she has spent over a decade at the forefront of the airway health movement - transforming her own practice and guiding thousands of providers toward success.
In 2015, she founded MyoMentor, a mentorship-based training program designed to give healthcare professionals the skills, support, and structure to integrate myofunctional therapy into their work.
With over 2,000 graduates from her 12-week course, Sarah is known for her clear teaching, visionary leadership, and deep commitment to helping therapists build meaningful, thriving practices.
Melissa Mugno
Clinical Director at Faceology | Consultant | Educator | Pioneer in Airway-Focused Care
Melissa is a pioneer in the airway-focused and myofunctional therapy movement. Since 2009, she’s been on a mission to transform how we approach facial growth, breathing, and function.
In 2013, she transitioned fully into myofunctional therapy and has since become a trusted leader, educator, and consultant. As Clinical Director at Faceology, Melissa leads a virtual team and consults nationally with dental and orthodontic practices.
She also teaches courses for MyoMentor, including the popular Myofunctional Therapy and Orthodontics course, where she bridges the gap between function and appliance-based care.
Melissa is known for her unmatched experience, high-energy teaching style, and practical, results-driven strategies.
Dave Henrichsen
Founder of Kenmore Myo | MyoMentor Faculty | Therapist & Business Mentor
Dave is a leading myofunctional therapist and founder of Kenmore Myo, one of the most successful stand-alone myo practices in the U.S. His clinical work focuses on airway and function-based care, including tongue-tie, sleep apnea, TMJ, and oral dysfunction.
In addition to running his thriving practice, Dave is a respected MyoMentor faculty member and host of the monthly Newbie Study Group, where he’s mentored hundreds of therapists in launching and growing their businesses.
Known for his calm, practical teaching style, Dave simplifies complex business systems into clear, achievable steps — helping therapists gain confidence, clarity, and momentum.

The last day to sign up for the Next Level course is two weeks prior to the course start date: April 30th, 2026 - as long as we have seats available.
