In this module, Dr. Dan will be covering the underlying causes of dysfunctional breathing.

He'll also take an in-depth look at over-breathing, oxygenation, CO2, Nitric Oxide, and the role the autonomic nervous system plays in our stress response and our sleep-breathing cycles.
